Ordering a surfboard can be a daunting task. You want to make sure its the right board for you. You need to know it’s going to do all the things you want from a new board, it needs to look good and last.
So how do you go about ordering a surfboard and making sure you don’t end up with the wrong one.
Your surfboard will be made by our team of craftsmen at our Newquay based factory.
Our five-step guide on, how to order a surfboard.
Step 1: Do a bit of research. The best way to make sure you get the right board for you is to know what you want and see what is out there. We list all our boards on our site, with discription, video’s, dimensions and more. This allows you get lots of information on each board so you can start to make the decision on which is the right board for you. Here’s a link to our full range
Step 2: Come and see us. Come to our showroom and we can talk you through all our range. Bring your current board and any info you have on what you might want to order.
Step 3: Demo – We offer a large range of demo surfboards for you to try before you buy. We don’t have all boards in all sizes but we do have a good amount and surfing the model even in a bigger or smaller size will give you an idea of how the board surfs.
Step 4: Know your colours, if you want to add a design, bring a print out with you or have a screenshot ready on your phone. If you have no idea what you want to check our social media. We have most of the custom boards we have made on there.
Step 5: Our trained staff are all surfers. They know surfboards inside out and have been where you are. Give them as much info as you can and they will be able to point you in the right direction.
The right board can be the difference between enjoying your surfing and being frustrated every time you hit the water.
